This was a lovely collection to read. Filled with magical moments, these stories and poems will please everyone, from kids to adults who like a little wonder with their reading.
From the very first poem which gives the collection its title, we are welcomed into a land of imagination and magic. The wonderful, lush descriptions delight the reader, while the illustrations tickle the inner child in all of us. “Birdling” captivated me with its sweetness, while in “Appleheads”, there was a vague sinist...more

The Greener Forest is a collection of short stories for children and adults alike.

The book is filled with beautiful poems, imaginative fantastical stories and stunning illustrations. Myself and my sister both read this book to my little niece over the last few days. We both really enjoyed delving into the authors imagination, visiting her locations and spending time with her wonderful assortment of characters.

I do think this is quite possibly a book that everyone, of any age would enjoy reading....more
