Nick figures his thing with doctor Lee can’t be love. A break-up and booty calls sure don’t add up to something permanent. Still, even agreeing to his best friend’s plan to set Nick up on a date can’t keep him apart from Lee when a family emergency throws them back together. Will it be love this time?

A nice (very) short read!
I'm going to reread this one, it deserves a few more words in a review.
Ok, here it goes, first I have discovered I like Dallas Coleman's stories, there is something about the way they are written that works for me, maybe the understated emotions that still come through very clearly.
This story is short, like really really short, and I can see where some people will not like it, since it is about an established couple that has broken up and you only get a few hours and on

Very good short m/m romance about a barista who moved out of the house he shared with his doctor boyfriend, but they continue to hook up with each other.

Cute if poignant story about an established couple who split up because the barista felt he no longer fit into his doctor partner's life and yet they can't seem to stay apart until they finally confront the issues over a medical crisis with the barista's coworker's daughter. It was well done as you are just sort of dropped in and you never really know the whole story until closer to the end. I kind of like that about this author's work, there is a bit of a sense of mystery that all becomes clear ...more
Bubbles Hunty Honest & Direct Opinions

A cute short story but it seems like it starts off in the middle of the story and then ends still in the middle. Everything is from first person POV and it is like the reader is just supposed to know past stuff but we don’t so it made it confusing.

The story had a lot of potential but the lack of development/details just makes it 3 stars.
