Diane gave me this, if I recall right, and it is pretty awesome. The recipe I actually use the most often is the chocolate mousse, which I always forget serves 12-14, and I end up (eek) working my way through the whole thing over a period of a week or so, vowing to scale it down next time.
Everything in it I've made has been tasty, but these recipes aren't for the first-time cook. Some are pretty challenging, and many are definitely show pieces, good for dinner party oohs and aahs. The chocolate...more
