I loved this series. It was a great distraction and a wonderful adventure. The ending was a bit of a surprise for me, the overall had a bit too much explanation and I still have some unanswered questions regarding some of the character story lines. Overall, I think it was a really good read, but Oh, it had the potential to be great. I still it give it 5 stars and will probably read it again in the future. I would definitely recommend it.

Michael Foster lives in Perth, Western Australia in a little house in the hills with his little (growing) family. He works by day and writes by night, often attempting to explain away his baggy eyes and absence from social events with nonchalant wantonness. His hobbies include annoying use of unnecessary adjectives, pointing out the incredibly obvious and overlooking the use of contronyms.
