Good book. Bowie has returned to Cahill Crossing to take a shot at finding out who murdered his parents. He is single-minded in his quest, and doesn't want any distractions. Le léger manque de sensualité que j’attends dans ce genre de roman a été compensé par une enquête menée tambours battants par son héros. Un héros qui, à vrai dire, m’a plus envoûtée que son héroïne à laquelle je n’ai pas réussi à m’attacher.

Recommends it for: 20 and over
This book was well done though I found the characters to be a little stunted, that said this book is one of a series perhaps they'd come through more rounded out if I read more. Bottom line; I liked the book and would recommend it to anyone wanting just a simple straightforward story to loose themselves in for a few hours.
Another step in to who done it. We learn who did it, but not who the mastermind behind the whole thing is. Another step closer though. This was a good story along the way.

Update: just finished the whole series and it was great. Need to read them all and in order to get the whole story.

It is what it is.
Not as hilariously trashy as I had hoped.
