This book didnt have much romance at all.. The supposed curvy heroine starves herself to appeal to the Hero who liked her the way she was.. Everything was skimmed in the book so I didnt really feel connected to the characters.. It just shouldve been a bit longer but I still liked it.. Also the spelling was HORRIBLE in this ebook.. I realize that harlequin released a ton of old books at one time but thats no excuse for all the bad typos.. Garret was Garnet and Gamet several times..

Nothing says romance like a girl starving herself to make her 'good enough' for a guy that actually likes her fine the way she is. Top it all off with the a best friend that rags at the heroine for eating an olive and never seems to be at work. Jayne needed to dump the BFF and Garrett needed to stay away from the insecure Jayne. Ugh.

2.5 stars. It was very funny from the beginning towards the middle, then everything went down till the end. I liked the plain Jayne, but not so much the very insecure Jayne when she started to undergo all the makeover. Still, a happy though a rather abrupt ending.
