This book is definitely more of a reference guide than one to read from front to back. (I read it front-to-back anyway to get the tips swirling in my head and learn roughly where everything is located on a deeper level than just the index could provide.) Rather than vastly changing my life, I think this will be a pretty good resource to have in my office if I can't think my way out of a communication conundrum.

Definitely a bible for all kinds of verbal communication. There are guides per situation. Highly recommended, because of it's attention to detail and situational outlining.
