Book Utopia
4.5, but I'll round up because this was so different and I loved the author's voice so much.

Though I often start with a plot summary, it’s almost pointless in this case. This is a reworking of the fairy tale, Little Red Riding Hood, set in an apocalyptic future where humans are barely surviving underground.
