It was a short story.....and I mean realllyyyy short story that didn't really answer much of anything. Interesting concept that needed much fleshing out.

Obsession isn’t always what it seems…

John A. Holten is a writer who understands pacing, and that skill could not be better demonstrated than in this story “Snowdomed.”

The Westphall sisters looked nothing alike, one blond and beautiful, one brunette and not so much. There was another difference, too: Tammy had begun to slip toward insanity, at least that’s what her tall and dark sister Lila thought about her obsession with snowglobes. But when Lila brainstormed the idea of an intervention with Ta

Not really suspense (which I usually enjoy) nor horror (which I do not), this story is somewhere in between with an intriguing premise that went off the rails as it developed. The details and character traits meant to enhance the story or move it along were too heightened for me and broke the atmosphere. I'm also not sure what the reader is supposed to think of the resolution, which is not always a problem but bothered me here.

Overall a story that had the potential for much more than it achieved

A short, mild horror story for Kindle. Interesting premise.
Tammy is fascinated by snowglobes and has formed some strange ideas about them.
Her sister, Lila, and ex-boyfriend, Richard, decide an intervention is needed.
Richard gets a little carried away, in more ways than one.

I enjoyed this short story, it seemed very witty. I am not entirely certain why it doesn't seem to have gotten very good reviews but I think that it deserves a chance.

Excellent but very shot story. Most of the bad reviews complain about the length but i think thats the point. This is flash fiction. It reminded me of early Richard Matheson. Weird and cool story.

Very disappointing. I thought it was to be a mystery. I seemed to to have been written by a 15 year old.
