Apparently relationships and love seem to permeate many aspects of my life (and my friends' lives)...I find that when we get together, we end up talking about this subject inevitably. But as much as we talk about it, we always just circle around the same ideas--many of which have become cliche. That being said, a lot of what this book says sounds a little cliche and pretty sappy but if you allow yourself to open your mind to them, they're actually really powerful. Amy's sweet book will inspire you to find the perfect partner! I love this book, she gives the reader great hope!
I really enjoyed this book. I started it, but stopped because I was reading many books at once. When I was earnest into the read; it went faster. I do plan on re-reading it with a book to write in to get the best benefit from the information shared. I won this book from goodreads. I'm a married gal who manifested my husband into my life using some basic LOA concepts years before The Secret made its big splash. I even wrote an article for my About.com Holistic Healing Guide site titled "How to Manifest a Mate," I basically skimmed Amy's book because, well, I don't need to find my soulmate, I've already attracted him. But, I did write a review of Chapter 8: How to Date Consciously... single guys as well as single gals can benefit from this delightful book.
I love this book! I personally think it applies to guys as well as girls, as the overall perspective is to date 'spiritually' in order to find your soul mate. It is broken down into sensible chapters that help readers learn about themselves first, then discover what they want in their soul mate/partner. I loved part two in particular: Define Your Intention, and the part six about Lovingkindness and taking responsibility for our choices.
