Simplistic art instruction that reinforces many existing fantasy stereotypes, but offers several good tips nevertheless. It's better than most of the "how to draw fantasy" books on the market written by people who don't quite care about art and are just out to make a quick buck, at the very least.

Good instruction, but not for the feint of heart! I would start with Ms Peffer's other drawing book, and tackle this one after lots of practice with that one.
