I enjoyed reading Boris Akunin's Erast Fandorin Mysteries, therefore I decided to read something outside of these series and chose this book.
It did not completely impressed me. The plot was not so brilliant, characters were not well-developed, and the whole story lacked Akunin's charm, like it was not him who wrote it.
However, I am not completely disappointed in author nor in this book. It had a few interesting moments in it, but if you want to get acquainted with Akunin's books, I'd not recom

Great, great read. Boris Akunin mastered way of writing detective stories that can be placed after Agatha Christie and before those cheap and weak ones.

Põnevus on piisavalt põnev, kaasaegne Venemaa piisavalt huvipakkuv, "Kuritöö ja karistuse" fan fiction veel boonusena kaasas.

Viuuh, lõpuks sai läbi.
Tegemist on väga mõjuvõimsa raamatuga.
Kõik see mäng Fjodor Mihhailovitšiga...
Hmm, mitmes Akunin see järjest oligi nüüd...?
