Tattered Souls 2 is an anthology edited by Frank J. Hutton. Writers include: Tim W. Burke, Stephanie Shaw, Elias Siqueros, Kathleen Dale, Melanie Fogel, Anne Michaud, Forrest Aguirre and Steve Ruthenbeck.
The first story in Tattered Souls 2 was chosen well. If Frank Hutton had a say in the order to this anthology, then I believe he started it out brilliantly.

The world of horror writing is a struggle. There are millions of time-worn cliché ideas to fall back on and many writers do just that. Taking a chance means taking a risk and that’s a dangerous idea. Positives: Frank J. Hutton’s collection is an eclectic collection of stories covering a wide range of tastes. Ghosts, vampires, ghouls and other assorted monsters offer the reader a good variety of scares. Many of the stories are well-crafted and creative in their approach.
