Elsie Lee is a favorite author of mine. This book has all the great traits of an Elsie Lee novel, witty, intelligent heroine, tantalizing hints at jet set lifestyles ala 60s style, an exotic, foreign locale (Greece), and skulldugery. My problem is the romance in the novel. In the end, the heroine welcomes her adulterous husband back with open arms, because his affair was her fault. Working at her career full time and trying to cater to his every need, she wasn't there for him. Ugh. I love the 60 ...more
