Okay, first off - the cover sucks. That out of the way, I have to say that I like this authors voice and the way she writes. She makes you feel like the people she writes about are people you know. This was not the hottest or most erotic mmfm I've ever read, but it was the most real feeling. The author made you feel that a bunch of regular people/friends got together and had a really fun orgy.

It was a short story, so there was not a lot of background on the characters but Kaye did a great job wi...more

I was lookin' for something quick & sexy to read this afternoon when I came across Karla's review of Just Gotta Say. After a moment of snickering, I decided to give it a shot. I rarely read menage books, but if the mood (eh-hem) strikes, I'll go for it!

Callie witnesses her roomies & best buds, Noah and Jack, getting hot & heavy. After a week of being unable to erase that delicious memory from her mind, she decides to take matters into her own hands. Armed with a bag full of toys, an...more

If you like the idea of finding love in all the wrong places, with three gorgeous men who would do anything for you, and unbelievably hot sex with all three of them, than this is the book for you. With men like these for roommates who needs to go anywhere else for all your loving needs?

Dana is every guy's dream girl. She is funny, honest, caring and it doesn’t hurt that she is incredibly hot. But she has a secret, and the one time tha...more

After accidently coming across two of her roommates having sweaty, no holds barred sex with each other, Callie has been constantly fantasizing about sex with multiple men. She loves all three of her hunky roommates, Jack, Noah, and Lucas, but would never do anything to upset the apple cart. They were her best friends, and if she felt a little something deeper and richer for Lucas, well that was her business. Thinking the guys were gone for the night, Callie sets up a night of naughtiness for her...more

Just Gotta Say is a nice way to spend an hour. I loved how Callie tried to have her own version of a "three way" with sex toys and a porno. For some reason, it made me giggle but you have to hand it to her; the girl is creative. When Callie is caught in the act by her three sexy roommates, she's mortified. The guys are turned on (of course). So they offer her a chance of a lifetime, something she's wanted - to be with all 3 of her guy friends at once.

Just Gotta Say is very sexy (of course) but I...more

Just Gotta Say by Laura Kaye is fifty-five pages of delicious sensuality and characters that you can’t help but love!

Callie lives with three roommates that are her best friends and just happen to each be hunky pieces of man-meat. One has secretly held her heart for years but it’s not until she discovers her other two friends in a tangle of sheets that she starts to fantasize being with all three.
Lucas, Jack and Noah are each a little bit in love with Callie, but none more than Lucas. So when th...more

First off I need to say, three’s company, and four…is overwhelming. My eyes are tired from trying to keep up. Waaay too much going on for me! It’s was hard keep track of all the body parts, arms, legs, lips, tongues, and you know, all the rest of the stuff. My mind was overwhelmed trying to figure out if one woman could take that much pleasure, and give it as well. She did, they did, it was good for her and I’m tired! At one point I thought Kal (my Kindle) and I would self-combust. I’ll stick to...more

I won this book from the author. While it wasn't as good as Hearts in Darkness, it was still good and sexy. This one has Callie, who accidentally saw two of her roommates, Jack and Noah, getting it on the previous weekend. She's always been a little bit in love with them and their other roommate Lucas (especially Lucas), and she starts fantasizing about having sex with all of them. The boys are going out to see a baseball game, so she sits down with an array of sex toys and a porno and starts to live out her fan...more

Thanks Laura - I’ve told you before…you rock!

Callie Davis is in the midst of a good time - pleasuring herself - when her roommates walk in unexpectedly. She has been dreaming about some scorching hot ménage action ever since witnessing two of her best friends Jack and Noah have sex. Put Lucas Brenson in the mix and her imagination runs wild.
Never would they have gue...more

I have really enjoyed everything I've read by Laura Kaye and Just Gotta Say was no exception to that. This novella is a fabulous, sexy, friends to lovers ménage story that had me laughing out loud one minute and fanning myself the next and it's a story I'd highly recommend to fans of erotic romance.

Callie lives with her three best friends and has a serious crush on all of them but the trouble is that they see her as one of the boys. When she accidentally catches Jack and Noah having sex it bring...more

When I read the premise of Just Gotta Say I knew that I wanted to read it. I mean: ménage - friends to lovers - three gorgeous and kind heroes, what's not to like? And Just Gotta Say was definitely a sweet and delicious guilty pleasure story.

Callie lives the fantasy of many girls: she lives with three of her best guy friends, she is one of the boys, cherished and loved by all three of them, protected as their girl pal. Though Callie was a nice heroine, I think you will understand that with three...more

Ever since Callie witnessed roommates Jack and Noah engaging in some hot sex she has been having some wonderful fantasies. She has lived with her roommates, Jack, Noah and Lucas for three years and even though she has always thought they were very sexy men, she never really thought about experiencing sex with all of them at the same time. Now that is all she can think about. So she makes a few purchases and decides to experiment while the three are out of the house.
When the Jack, Noah and Lucas...more

Basically one long sex scene. Okay let me rephrase that...Basically one long scorching sex scene with 3 guys and a girl, that are all friends, yet all have hidden feelings for each other, it was hot and sexy, at times even loving, and my favorite was Lucas.

As I reread my review sentence, it is exactly how I felt throughout the quick short story. No sentences, just a run-on and if it could have been proofed and developed there was lots of potential. Bummed me out a little because I could see defi...more

What do you say after reading this...I love Laura Kaye but I let this book sit in my kindle library for awhile before finally reading it because as much as I enjoy the erotica genre, I tend to stick to the monogamous situations...Just Gotta Say is the first I've read involving more than two people let alone FOUR! What I adored about this book, and also what is evident in much of Laura Kaye's work, is that one moment I find myself laughing out loud and the next moment I swear and entirely differe...more

I can't handle the steaminess! OMG!

Callie, Lucas, Noah and Jack are bestfriend since forever! Apparently Callie has her own desire and so does the boys..

Extremely short, only 55 pages and most of them are, uhm, the hot steamy scene. I like it but the lack of storyline is kind of back me off. No confusion, but still the story's damn too short.

So far so good, how I wish Miss Kaye continuing the story of Callie and Lucas. You know, just both of them. Even though I love Jack and Noah, I ship Call...more

Just Gotta Say is a very mature book detailing a spontaneous physical interlude of four close college roommates from different backgrounds. The bulk of the book is very descriptive and scorching hot. Luckily, the story goes beyond...hum...flesh exploration. I found myself hoping that the group would be able to maintain their closeness and that Callie could find the permanent emotional and physical bond that she was desiring.

It was a quick read, just be sure you are in a well air-conditioned area...more

"Just Gotta Say" is another fun, sexy book from Laura Kaye. While writing four well-rounded characters in a novella can be difficult, Laura succeeds, creating three delicious men and one lovely lady protagonist with distinct personalities and looks, making the reader's connection to them all the better...and easier to tell apart and keep track of during the, uh, sexytimes.

And what sexytimes they are! This story is HOT - amazingly so - which made me regret reading it on a long overseas flight. F...more

OMG, I love Kaye books so when I bought this when it was free (.99) I thought i hit the jackpot. Didn't know what MMMF relationship meant but I figured it out.Wow I am a book virgin. It was a quickie book (pun intended) to read. I think I turned 20 shades of red reading it but I did finish it and forwarded it on to my friend. Not sure how things would not be different after spending the night with 3 of your friends so I will just read about them and keep this in fantasy land.

HOT LITTLE NUMBER. I HOWEVER, FOUND IT A LITTLE HARD IT BEING A FOURSOME. HAVING NEVER BEEN IN ONE MYSELF :p, IT WAS A LITTLE DISAPOINTING WHEN I WOULD HAVE TO RE-READ A PASSAGE TO TRY TO FIGURE OUT HOW THEY GOT INTO A CERTAIN POSITION, WHILE TRYING TO REMEMBER THE POSITIONS EVERYONE ELSE WAS IN, ORDER TO FORM A WHOLE PICTURE....NOT USUALLY INTO MULTIPLE PARTER STORIES, BUT IN FUTURE IF I COME ACROSS ANOTHER READ, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO PARTIES OF THREE!!...LOL

I gave this book 5 stars, because I just thought it was amazing. The way we were given insight into each character was perfect. Their thoughts and feelings were projected in a way that make you completely understand them. Let's not forget the steamy portions! Loved it!
3 men, 1 woman; let your imagination run away from you for just a bit, and if it runs toward the hot and steamy, then this just may be your cup of tea.

Not sure if the first time i'd want sleep with the guy i was secretly in love with, would be with my 2 male bi sexual house mates as well. I know it's all about the fantasy, but i was tired for her and i only read it.

It was pretty hot but too many people involved for my liking. I obviously cant click save without mentioning her being caught doing double duty on herself. That's worth a star on it's own.

I first heard about Laura Kaye from a blog post on The Forbidden Bookshelf so this is my first book of hers. It's a great introduction to her work, too.

I have to say, the second bit or so, I was dying laughing. Just the visual picture of being caught in the middle of a date night with yourself, a porno and your trusty double-headed dildo...

What a way to turn a lemon into some delicious lemonade!

Meredith
Absolutely at a loss as to why the goodreads ratings on this were so high. Did I read the right book? This was pretty awful. I'm not big on the whole menage-y thing anyway and had I known I probably wouldn't have bought this but I really liked her short Hearts in Darkness and thought she was a good bet. Wrong! Skip this one. If you're going to read this type of book you're better off reading Emma Holly.

Is it hot in here?? Maybe that's just the story and it's effect on me. Ms. Kaye certainly knows how to get the blood pumping. For being an erotic novella, the characters are very well-developed and believable. There is just enough history and backstory to make the story compelling and to find yourself rooting for Callie and Lucas. I Just Gotta Say Callie is one lucky woman.

This is just WOW! I Just gotta say, This is a short but hot and sweet story.
There is no room to say anything else. I loved every word and hung on for more. Delicious and steaming.
Great charters. Therefore, if you are looking for hot and steamy here you go!
Everything I have read by Laura Kaye has been wonderful! I just love reading her work.

Happy Reading Everyone!!

I bought this book on a whim, because I love Laura Kaye's writing. It was sooooo insanely steamy. I read it in no time, dying to know how these four roommates were going to get together and how it would end. This would be a great full-length novel. Tons of room for storyline and character development. I really liked Just Gotta Say.
