I saw this baking book in the market. While skimming through it I noticed all of the wonderful looking pictures of the baked goods, so I just had to try it. I wish I didn’t even pick it up.
A few recipes aren’t clear on how to prepare the butter, so you have to guess if the recipe calls for melted or softened butter. A lot of the loaf recipes calls for 3 sticks of butter and 8 eggs. After searching high and low for this book at every library, I finally found it and was disappointed by it. The first quarter of the book tells you how to use their mass produced products in semi-homemade applications and the rest are things that are variations of better recipes out there now. Try it out from your library first before buying.
