If I had to use one word to describe this book the only word that comes to mind is... Amazing! The characters as well as the writer have grown emmensely! So much depth, so much emotion, so much more! A must read for anyone who loves reading, loves romance, and loves vampires! Many people found the first book to be overwhelming due to all the super natural brings involved, well I think this book really shows the true genre and purpose of the authors story. Fantastically written loved every mind g ...more

I read Endlessly and found the story engaging with a great flow. The author sent this for review and it has the same great flow as the first. I found the dread building as the story progressed and of course the beginning of the book set the pace and I knew it would not have a happy ending. Of course there will be another in the series to help keep the story progressing and hope for a happier ending in the next. I didn’t care for some of the harsher language with some of the characters, but I had ...more

In this follow-up to Endlessly, author CV Hunt ratchets things up more than a few notches. It turns out the happy ending of Endlessly was short-lived, and this is when Hunt's characters really begin to shine. The highs and lows are intense as we bounce back and forth between new love, unrequited love, a love triangle, anger, jealousy, and the myriad emotional entanglements involved in relationships. Then, to top it off, Hunt hits us with a devastating loss and its aftershocks. Legacy is an altog ...more

And the story continues. Ash and Verloren move forward into their new life only to find that evil still lurks around every corner.

This book is the sequel to Endlessly. The reader will enjoy beginning the book right in the middle of the action. Though the events and characters have somewhat calmed down, Ashley still has another surprise for the reader-an unprecedented one. In the last book, Ashley convinced Verloren to change her into a vampire. Normally, there would not be complications with the change; however, Ashley's dragon heritage complicates an otherwise easy change. The reade

I really enjoyed the first book in this trilogy, but didn't feel that this one was as good. What started off as a UF series I feel has changed rather dramatically to a PNR one - this book was almost sickeningly soppy in several parts and I actually got bored of reading how much the two main characters loved each other.

Ash, a dragon-vampire hybrid and the love of her life, Verloren, a vampire with the power to read people's auras, move to a secret underground compound after the fall of the Quatr

Legacy is the second book in the Endlessly series. The story of Ashley the vampire/dragon and Verloren, her vampire boyfriend picks up right after they have destroyed the evil Quatre. They take refuge in an underground refuge where they are introduced to a collection of otherworldly creatures.
And from there it is downhill(pardon the pun)all the way.The addition of zombies was my first clue that this was going to be a gruesome read.I have never been a fan of zombies, and this book just reenforce

The gruesome factor is definitely turned up a notch in Legacy, the second book in C.V. Hunt's Endlessly series. It's amazing when a story has the 'ick' factor and can still express raw emotion.

Legacy is written in Ash's point of view and more is learned about her new vampire-dragon powers. Ash's powers are different from any species and makes her even more powerful than before. Verloren and Ash face a foe who might be just a tad more menacing then Sarah, the fairy. The evil they're up against is

So I loved the first book in the series and wanted to read more. This one didn't grab me in quite the same way as Endlessly. Endlessly was told from Verloren's point of view, while Legacy was told from Ashley's. There wasn't much action in the first part of the book, just descriptions of Ashley adjusting to her new life. And I didn't like the way the book ended. It was too dark and sad for me. The gargoyles were an interesting addition to the group. I will probably read the next in the series, j ...more

This story flows neatly from the first and encourages the reader to delve deeper into relationships that unfold. The story is from Ashley's POV..

We meet new people and also new challenges.. and A&V meet each with determination and joy.

We have to deal with Jason still convinced that he is in love with Ash...

There is tragedy and it is appallingly real

and the way Ash reacts to it is also so real I felt worn out just by reading it.

Books that can evoke that intense reaction are truly great and t

There wasn't much substance to this book. A lot of potential was wasted. The fight with the demon could have gone better. Ash's depression filled so many pages I was getting depressed. All in all there were several missed opportunities to make this more substantial.

The second book in the Endlessly trilogy. The second half of this book was emotionally grueling for me. There isn't much action. Most of the story is internal and centers around thoughts and feelings. The mythology that was set forth in book one is expanded upon here.
