4 stars – Romantic Suspense

..........“Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds”..........

Finally, we get the back story on the head of the Bullet Catchers, the enigmatic, cool as ice, Lucy Sharpe and a conclusion to the trilogy within the series that began with First You Run, escalated with Then You Hide, and of course, wrapped with this exciting finish in Now You Die.

Jack Culver is a sexy rogue Bullet Catcher, and he and Lucy’s chemistry and attraction is dynamic and off the charts explosive. Their roman

Complicated and intriguing plot with several suspicious characters. Good mystery and suspense. Weak on romance.

Higgie was a married attorney who had an affair with Eileen. As a result, she had triplet girls who were given up for adoption. Three years later Higgie had an affair with Wanda. He, Wanda and Eileen were in an alley when Wanda was shot, and Eileen drove away in fear. Someone planted a gun in her car and people on the take put her in jail for life. Twenty-four years later, H
This book wrapped up the trilogy that involved the last three books: 1. "First you Run" 2. "Then you Hide" 3. "Now you Die" in the Bullet Catcher Series. It tied up all the loose ends and this trilogy must be read in order. If you haven't read any of the Bullet Catcher books, you "could" pick up this trilogy and begin. Then decide if you want to read the earlier books in the series...

I enjoyed this one and it involved the director of the Bullet Catchers, Lucy Sharpe. Finally! This one answers qu

My favourite in this series. I loved this book.

He’d almost lost her. And even though he’d never have her, he couldn’t live if she weren’t somewhere on the face of this earth.

I have been wanting to read Lucy’s book since the first book, and I was not disappointed. Learning about Lucy’s past and the reason for the singular white stripe in her all black hair was heartbreaking. She’s a woman who needs control over everything and anyone around her, and I loved how Jack broke down her defences a

Wow! I loved this Bullet Catcher and that's saying a lot. I've been buying each installment faithfully even though they were somehow missing something every time. I didn't even get past 3 chapters of Adrien Fletcher's book, First You Run, I think, because his Aussie-speak was overdone and unreal. Having lived in Australia for several years, I'd never heard ANY urban Aussie speak that way unless they'd lived their lives in a sheep station. That picture just didn't fit with a Bullet Catcher. Now You Die, the long awaited and much anticipated final book of the Bullet Catcher Trilogy, recently found its way into my hot little hands and didn’t leave them until I turned the last page. Now You Die is a non-stop thrill ride of mayhem that leaves you breathless. All I can say is that Roxanne St. Claire has done it again and better than ever!

Anyone who has read any of the Bullet Catchers books will have been waiting for Lucy’s story. Most of us didn’t think it would be with Jack but hey tha
I have to say I was a little disappointed with this book. It took me a while to get into this book; I actually set it down and read several other books before continuing on with this one. In the beginning the main characters annoyed me with their bickering and distrust of each other.

However after the book got going (towards the middle) I actually started to enjoy it. There still wasn't enough trust between Lucy and Jake though.

Lucy Sharpe finally gets her book and we learn about her dark, secret

Lucy finally

I was happy to finally get Lucy's story. I also enjoyed getting to know Jack a bit better. I didn't really like him in the previous books and wasn't sure how he and Lucy would really fit. This story allowed a different and deeper view of both Jack and Lucy which made them seem more human and broken. I missed having Dan around in this book, but I'm looking forward to reading his story next. As for Lucy and Jack, they take on big names in politics and the surrounding political corrupti

The sixth book in Bullet Catcher series by Roxanne St. Claire. Exciting end to the triplets storyline. Jack Culver and Lucy Sharpe were once lovers. Jack is back and needs Lucy for her connections.

Another exciting action-packed addition to the series. Highly recommended!

When I started reading about the Bullet Catchers (my first was Book #2, Thrill Me to Death ), at the back of my head, I already wanted to read about the installment about Lucy Sharpe, the badass head of the organization. This one focused on her and Jack Culver who was also hinted on in past books. This also marked the end of the Eileen Stafford saga, her wrongful incarceration, and her triplets. The story of the third triplet was not as fleshed out and focused on than books 4 and 5 but it's alri ...more

I was one of those who wanted Lucy with Dan and when I found out she was going to be with Jack I didn't like it, BUT the big surprise I did like Jack from the first pages. So it was really hard to not like the book where he was finally the center of attention.

I like his character and that he is so eager to not let Lucy in the paths she wants him too. I guess that's the reason why Lucy was so different than I imagined her to be. We learned throughout the books that Lucy is restrained, controlled
I liked this one better than the 2 previous ones dealing with the triplets.
Fortunately in a previous instalment (I think n3 Take me tonight), I had learnt that Lucie was 38, and therefore probably 39 pushing 40 at the beginning of this one. Not as old as I thought each time I saw her with her always perfect and controlled look and behaviour. I liked that she's starting to loose her too-stuffy side, when having to deal with Jack.
Jack is not so easy to like at first, as we know he has a past of a

I guess Roxanne St. Claire lives by the old adage 'save the best for last' because -- HOLY CRAP! -- the final book, "Now You Die", in her trilogy within the "Bullet Catchers" series was freakin' awesome!!! Not only do we get closure to the Eileen Stafford case, but we also get to see a realistic and terribly romantic relationship between two imperfect yet likable people. (Kudos to Ms. St. Claire for not relying on the perfect-man-meets-average-woman-and-falls-in-love or good-girl-meets-bad-boy-a ...more

This is book six in the Bullet Catcher series, and book three in the Eileen Stafford trilogy. This is the story of the Bullet Catchers owner Lucy Sharpe and disgraced ex-bullet catcher Jack Culver. Jack and Lucy shared a night together just before Jack nearly killed a fellow bullet catcher due to an injury he covered up. Lucy ejected him from her company and her life. He hit the bottle hard after this and is now trying to prove he's not the same man he was. He brought a case to Lucy in book four ...more

Bullet Catchers are an elite group of personal protection specialists ruled over by sleek and sophisticated Lucy Sharpe. They are called into jobs where expertise in guns, technology, undercover, surveillance, and, yeah, defensive physical moves are needed. Their clientele must be referred and is comprised of the upper cream of society. While they are supposed to be professionals through and through, sometimes getting close to their principal (protected client) means letting the principal into t ...more
The final book in the trilogy.

Jack has pieced together most of Eileen's story and with the help of the tattoos on Miranda and Vanessa's necks (even though Vanessa's has been removed they can tell from the shape what it was) and Eileen's comments that "he" is all powerful, all-seeing etc, etc has determined that one of the US's highest ranked Judges is probably the girls' father.

Jack and Lucy clearly have some history although exactly what the history is not explained until later in the book. Dan

Another good Bullet Catcher story from Roxanne St. Claire. This is the story of Lucy (finally!) and Jack Culver. It follows First You Run & Then You Hide series about triplets separated at birth. The suspense was good. I look forward to the next Bullet Catcher story.

I didn't realize when I started with First You Run that I was jumping into the middle of a series. Given that, I think books 5, 6 & 7 are best when read in sequence, but I didn't feel as though the earlier books were required reading to understand and enjoy these 3.

These books were well balanced between the romance and suspense aspects and I enjoyed them a lot. The series focuses on the men who work for Bullet Chasers, a prestigious security and investigation firm owned by a woman. The men

Okay, this is the second Roxy St. Clair book I've read and I love her style. Great sex coupled with a great mystery. Worth a look even if you're not into the romance genre. This isn't literature, folks, but escapism at its best.

Still a good story, but it would have been nice if it had concentrated on the third triplet, rather than the boss of the Bullet Catchers. Nice twist at the end though.

This book was awesome ... if you are reading the Bullet Catcher series.. you will love Lucy and Jack's story.... page turner alert!!!!
This one has to be my favorite so far. After watching Lucy and her manipulations and fits for all of the previous books I wanted to see Lucy get hers, and boy did she. lol

Through out this book we learned Lucy's deep dark secrets some of which were surprising, others predictable. I was also glad to see Jack welcomed back in as I really grew to like him the past couple of books and him and Lucy are great together.

I also loved how the story line for the past 2 books was wrapped up, again there were

Jack Culver, former Bullet Catcher and current investigator, has been working on Eileen Stafford's case for years. He is convinced that she is innocent of the crime that put her in jail. Lucy Sharpe, owner of The Bullet Catchers, is seduced into helping Jack prove that Justice Higgins actually committed the crime in question. Thus starts a roller coaster ride of suspense and murder attempts that end in a rather surprising manner. You'll be shocked when the real criminal is unveiled. A terrific c ...more

A solid 5 out of 5 in my books. Now You Die is the final book in this triology following along with the storyline developed in the first two books, First You Run and Then You Hide bringing a solid, well written conclusion to this series. Roxanne delivered a brilliant storyline, delivering solid characters, a gripping and edge of your seat ride with plenty of twists and turns, a fantastic plot, sensual characters and steamy love scenes. I gave Now You Die 5 stars because I believe it is the best Bullet Catcher novel. It wraps up the trilogy that started with First You Run and Then You Hide and that continuing story line as well as gives us Lucy and Jack's back stories. It has a great ending as well as setting up Dan's story.

I loved Jack and Lucy together and didn't want this book to end. They have quite a few hurdles to get to a happy ending and this book delivers. I would recommend this book and any of the others but read the

Loved this one. Mostly because I love Jack. I went into this book loving Jack and tolerating Lucy. Now that I'm done I like Lucy a bit more, but still love Jack more. But if Lucy is what Jack needs to make him happy then I'm all for it. If you haven't read any other Bullet Catcher books you'll have no idea what I'm talking about. But trust me, okay? This is good stuff. But at least read FIRST YOU RUN and THEN YOU HIDE before this one. The last two Bullet Catchers work as stand alones, but these ...more
