David is the very entertaining second book in The Guardian of Heaven series by Mark H. Barratt ( In David, one of the two witnesses destined to die and be resurrected in the streets of Jerusalem at the end of the age, goes through his late childhood and teenage years. His two closest friends will keep you laughing all the way through the book. Very true to life and a GREAT read!

The Guardian of Heaven series goes on! There will be five installments in this series, and Mark is published through the third one. Again, not the best writing grammatically, but the story line is worthy of consideration.

I enjoy the creative story line and the cliff hanger with each chapter. Some details get a bit laborus.

The second book in the series seemed "dark" but was important to the series of 5 books. I especially liked the last one for the author's ideas regarding the great and final war.
