This book looked to me like it held so much promise, but the proof is in the pudding. Literally. I've made 5 recipes out of this book and only really liked one. The desserts turned out terrible. I promise I can follow directions and that I cook frequently, and these recipes sucked. I was so excited about the rice pudding, a recipe that actually takes about 2 hours to cook. I was very excited when I heard that the latest in the "500" series of cookbooks would be about vegan food. These books have proved to be very popular in the kitchen with their compact size and distinctive colourful covers.

One of the few dutch vegan cookbooks with some great and easy recipes inside.
Only notice I have to make is that it contains à lot of Holland-dutch ingredient names, so you'll have to think about what they will be in Flemish.
