Great self-help book. I would have like an updated version (from 2001) but has some really interesting chapters such as Address Your Personality Issues and Find Your Unique Purpose. Simple tests open your mind to your personal issues and how to help ease anxieties over them.

This book has some really good, concise, chapters on meditation, spiritually, letting go, 'creating your vision', etc. Worth checking out for those who find self-help books useful.
