A copy of the hardback edition was given to my mother by the author, Alvin L. Mitchell. He and Veneta Barry Arrington both autographed mother's copy. Little Tom, Tom Berry, and my Grandfather, John F. Myrick, hunted together and at one point, Tom kept his wolf hounds at my grandparent's farm.

If you have the opportunity to purchase this book in any format, whether you have Oklahoma ties or not, you will love this journey back in time.
