Maisy has a very active life, wiggling and stretching when she gets up in the morning; running and kicking a ball during the day; and snuggling with her panda while falling asleep at night. In-between she manages many other activities -- making sure to stop for nutritious meals to keep herself going, of course.

Energetic toddlers and pre-schoolers will recognize Maisy's antics in their own play, and will enjoy pulling the tabs throughout this interactive picture book. Among other things, they can

Bright, colorful illustrations. My kids enjoyed the pull tabs which made Maisy move and do lots of cool fun things. I like that along the side of each page is the question "can others?" For example on one page Maisy stretches and along the side is a picture of a snake and two other animals and ask the question "can they stretch?" so that leads to interaction as well as the pull tabs and is educational, especially with the questions that they can think about and learn about.

Other than the last 2 pages having parts missing because some kid at our library wasn't careful, this has become our go-to book over the last couple days. I count the number of times Evelyn pulls the tabs to make Maisy jump rope, touch her toes, and kick the soccer ball and she likes telling me who the pictures are of the animals who can do those things too. Great learning tool and she enjoys every minute!

I was very impressed by the flaps in this Maisy book. I would not count myself a fan of Maisy, but the interesting ways the flaps allow the illustrations to move and the sidebars with information about animals make this a must see book. This is a useful title for encouraging play, especially outside and for introducing animals.

From morning 'til night Maisy encourages kids to have an active, healthy life. Inside the house or out in the sun she bends, stretchs, jumps and rolls as your little one pulls the tabs. Maisy even drinks fresh juice and makes sure she gets her sleep.

A well illustrated and interactive picture tab book for children. Not only focusing on being active but also staying hydrated (healthy drink) and rest too!
Maisy is full of energy and explores stretching, jumping, running, playing ball, jumping rope, somersaulting, and lots more.
