I'd really rank this as about three and a half stars, but of course GR doesn't allow that. I thought this was an intriguing premise, and the characters made an interesting mix, but the relatively short page count meant that all of the back stories felt rushed and some segments had to cram a lot of exposition into a small number of panels. A longer page count used to flesh out the background of each of the principles and show some of the things we were only told about would have been beneficial. ...more

Wow, can I give negative stars? This book was hard to follow. Trying to introduce five back stories is too much. The story was minimal. The artwork was okay, felt rushed at times. The portrayal of Wicca was laughable. The ex nun preaches modesty to two chicks before killing them, yet two pages later has cleavage for days. They should have given each character an introductory issue, then had them meat up in the sixth.

This was an entertaining book. It contained a lot of killings, some of them quite creative. And the ending caught me completely by surprise.

The art is okay. It's VERY text heavy. I just lost interest after a while...
