Lot of good stuff here, the author makes a case for low intensity aerobic exercise, good nutrition, and seeking the advice of an alternative health care practitioner. While my education is practically devoid of life-science courses, I found little in this book to raise red flags. The costs to evaluate this book for yourself are quite low, therefore, highly recommended!
