Recommends it for: Fans of erotic romance who like to read lots and lots... and lots of sex scenes!
Something was missing for me in this book. I'm not sure what it was, because it had some parts that I really enjoyed, and were done very well. I liked the whole idea of the plot--newspaper writer goes back in time (late 1800s) to find her one true love (a Sioux Indian) before he is hanged (for being caught with a white woman). But I think it was lacking a little in character and plot development and even though it was a time travel romance, it was a little unrealistic. No sooner did the H/H meet ...more

Oh, my. Where do I start? Okay, I guess it will have to be with the cover featuring a gigantic blow-up-man who appears to be quite startled that a bleached and glowing naked female is gripping his elbows with such ferocity. It appears she's already gotten a little too worked up and sliced his neck with her nails, infecting him with her radioactive poison. [putting glasses on:] Wait, I was mistaken. He's supposed to be an Indian and is wearing some sort of badly drawn feather necklace. I prefer t ...more

The boy believed in the prophecy, so much so, his entire life revolved around finding this woman who would fulfill his destiny, until his untimely and unn ...more

Time Travel - Steamy Romance

Moon Runner, Shannon Dunne (aka Ghost Woman)

I liked this one. In the late 1800's, a young Indian man on his vision quest meets Ghost Woman.

In current day Chicago, newspaper reporter Shannon is investigating a story of Native Americans when she sees a picture of a Native American man. The photo calls to her ... she doesn't know why, just that she MUST travel to South Dakota to dig into the mystery ...

Picture Ruby with her hair on fire! Yup, that's her every morning when she bounds out of bed and heads for her home office. Ruby thanks her lucky stars that she's a full-time writer and a part-time matchstick. Although, there is a hint of a bulldog somewhere in there, too. Once she sticks her teeth into something, there's no turning back until it works. Her husband says she reminds him of that lit ...more
