I wrote it. I wanted to create a contemporary coming-of-age story using the oldest mythology in the world, the story of the first shaman, Geser. Years ago, I downloaded the Buryat Shamanist mythology and shoved it in a drawer. I found it later and decided to create a modern adventure fantasy from it.
