"There is no love more sincere than the love of chocolate". This line was the best part of the book. I was disappointed in this chocolate recipe book. While the author presents a significant amount of information about cooking with chocolate, none of it was really knew information. I found some of the recipes interesting, but none that I felt I wanted to use.
