Great ideas for starting to mediate. This was an abridged kindle version of the actual book. I would be interested in purchasing the paperback version as a reference while meditating. I look forward to implementing several of the suggestions.

I didn't even bother to finish reading this book. I made it about halfway through. I didn't learn anything I didn't already know, and the instruction that was there was scanty at best because the author only devoted one paragraph to each type of meditation. I really enjoyed this book. It was an easy read and very interesting. I feel that I can now easily meditate. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

Got this as a freebie on Amazon, but it was very short and with so little detail/instruction that I felt like I could have made my own list. I'm interested in meditation, but didn't learn much from this. It did seem to be a promotion for a longer version, though, and I might have gotten more out of that.

Great's actually a shortened version of Linda Lavid's book, "101 Ways to Meditate". This is a great start to anyone looking to begin meditating.

Easy to read and includes some tips for those who have trouble clearing the mind enough to meditate or for those new to mediation. Recommend.

This had some interesting concepts. Did refer to other places in the full book of 100 ways to meditate which was a little frustrating.

Overall, I picked up some things I’d forgotten about mediation. Hopefully, I will be able to use some of the things I read.

I loved this book. It may help me get back into meditation as I'm having trouble with it and may help increase my variety.

Yeah, that's me waving cars down. A lot of fun. A lot of work. Classically trained in the art of Social Work. Bilingual (Spanish) when the old synapses are working.
