I just received this book in the mail as a free sample from Penguin Publishing Company. It is part of their Penguin Young Readers series of leveled readers. This book was a level two, progressing reader. It was a really cute book! It explains through simple text what water is, its various states (ice, steam, snow, etc..) and examples of where water is found. My four year old loved hearing this factual story and looking at the colorful illustrations in the book. A great book for teaching science...more
