This is a more modern day Curious George (based off the television show and not the original Curiou George). This book was a very nice storybook while teaching how to mix colors to get other colors. My 4 year old granddaughter and I both enjoyed this book as we read it together.

Simple vocab. Not a thrilling story in and of itself - the joy is in figuring out to read to yourself for the first time. Curious George is cautioned to stay clean while dying eggs w/ Betsy and Steve. He experiments with primary & secondary colors, making a huge mess. His decision to hide out in the sink turns out to be a wise one, as he's all cleaned up and ready when the man in the yellow hat comes to pick him up. Sure to be in demand for Easter.
