Adult review for the fact that explicit and eyebrow-raising phrases will be most likely be popping up in here.
My. Oh my. Why? Sigh. No, I'm not rhyming on purpose.
I'm not sure how it's even possible that I didn't really like Tropical Sin. How could I have liked Nick in Love's Rhythm but not ended up liking him in this story? I don't get it.

Once again I have fallen in LOVE! Another story by Lexxie Couper that I did not want to end.

I am a true fan of best friends turned to lover’s story and this one sure does hit the mark. McKenzie Wood is oblivious to Aiden Rogers emotions and how he goes all puppy eyes around, until feelings start stirring in her and realizes she actually wants her best friend. They both do not want to jeopardize the friendship they have just for sex, but with a very convincing rock star named Nick Blackthorne (awesome name BTW) they can’t seem to say no.

Let me just say, this novella lives up to the hype, who wouldn't love a big yummy
Firefighter you can lean on and hopefully in a forever kind of way and lets add a
gorgeous singer into the mix for some fun.
The story of how Aiden and Mac met was delightful and well let's just says Nick's
story had me in tears but it does have a happy ending.

I enjoyed this one. First, we have McKenzie, who is a gossip journalist but doesn't want to be. Then we have the guy who has been her best friend since they were 14... her constant companion, but it's always been platonic. And we have Nick Blackthorne, said rock star, who had just resurfaced after rumors of being in a sex clinic due to his inability to stop having sex with men. Boy what a wrong rumor THAT was! Friends to lovers is always a favorite of mine. Add in a hunky firefighter AND a rockstar? *SWOON* How can I resist. Not to mention that it's Lexxie Couper. SOLD!
And man, this didn't disappoint.
I do have to admit that as delicious as Aidan was...I'm utterly smitten with Nick and was HAPPY to hear that he's getting his book soon.

I don't read a lot of erotic romance, and I generally prefer novels to novellas, but I did enjoy Tropical Sin. It's definitely a romance, with strong, layered emotion and character development and love scenes that are emotional as well as hot. The ménage aspect is depicted well and movingly, an integral part of the emotional plot and not just there for the sex.
Not a lot to say about this book. It wasn't long enough for me to fall for the characters, and with more time I am sure I would have. I read this as I wanted to read Love's Rhythm, which is Nick's book, who appears in this one.
I don't regret reading this, as it was quick and steamy, but short reads like this always leave me wanting more.

This couple was mentioned in Nick's book Love's Rhythm, didn't realize it was a menage but looks good.
Short, sexy, and sweet. Not much else to say! I do like Nick's character and will read his story next. So far I have not read anything by Miss Couper I did not like!

This was an extremely hot friends to lovers story with a menage thrown in. I loved Mack and Aidan together. They were perfect, but I'm not sure how much I was ready to believe that their burgeoning relationship would survive a menage right at the beginning, but I sure as hell loved reading it. I didn't feel that their relationship got enough attention to deserve a HEA either, but I really did enjoy reading it.
