I found this story okay to read. It was well written so it gets a 3 rating, but the characters were far too goody-goody, and the villians all either mad or foolishly led by a mad woman. So not really realistic. I found the way the men were willing to forgive just over the top. So, I can't really say it deserves anything more than a 3.
