This was the last Ainsley Harriott book I ever bought. That doesn't necessarily mean that there's anything wrong with the book, just that I was no longer the Ainsley target audience and, more particularly, this book's target audience. If you'd like to cook but are intimidated by the idea of setting foot in a kitchen then this book could be a terrific way for you to get started. If you already enjoy cooking though, and do so with some degree of confidence, then this is not the book for you.
