Kristy McRae
Another cute book in the Daisy Dawson series! My daughter and I read this one together. I love Daisy's ability to talk to animals, and the adventures this ability brings her way.
Laurren
I love the ending chapter. The squirrels with the nutty snow and Daisy creating a rainbow. This is a great book series for young elementary students. I could see it as a great read-aloud for 1st grade -especially if the teacher/parent/librarian can do animal voices well.

Daisy Dawson is a modern day, much younger Dr. Doolittle. She can talk with and to animals and has everyday adventures around with them. It's a "quiet", sweet series that exemplifies the goodness of childhood. The illustrations are just right, too.
Sydney
she goes to the beach and makes new friends with a bunny, crab, and a dolphin. the dolphin gets caught in a net at the bottom of the ocean. daisy swims to the bottom with the crab and frees the dolphin.
