I have been smoke free for almost two weeks and this book got me through it. It was not because it contained a brilliant break through in quit smoking knowledge. It actually contains quite common information. It is the way the book is written and laid out that I thought was very helpful. I recommend this book to anyone that is thinking about quitting smoking.
This was an impulse buy. I decided to quit. Again. But what's funny is that I have tried everything except a book. Believe it or not. The book gives more information than you would need for quitting. It goes too much in depth on the history of tobacco, the tobacco industry and things of that sort. But this book has really kept me on track for the past five days.
