As a hopeless romantic, I have become a big fan of Ms. Miller's work. 'Emotional Waves' is a refreshing and fun Novella; quick summer reading at its finest.

Its original story line provides a great balance of romance and suspense. And much like her other tales it features a strong, yet realistically aware, female lead and an everyday man with natural flaws. I’m a huge fan of Maureen Miller’s books and I thoroughly enjoyed Emotional Waves. Jill and Brent are wonderful characters and I enjoyed rooting for them both as they overcame their personal demons. The sparkling, witty dialogue was wonderful, and the suspense had me holding my breath. A terrific read!

I enjoy all of Maureen A. Miller's books and this one was no exception. This book included a lot of dialogue between the characters which is what I like about a book - I think it keeps a book moving. This one was lighter than her others with regards to the suspense, but I found that to be just fine. I mean, they were on a cruise, so it was nice for the characters to have some fun!
