I think it is probably more interesting for people who have never met a tuareg or left their comfortable wester shere. Fo someone who is married to a Tuareg a lot of what this guy has to say is pretty trite. Not that it isn't valid but it reminds me of the guys here that give thier speil about living in the desert to tourists when they haven't even been five km in. It's a book I can't even begin to put into words. Weird. Very weird...but if the author was ever reading these reviews, I'd like him to know that I think 'He has a very beautiful soul, and a very beautiful story.'
