I chose this as an introduction to the world of J.M. Madden. I've heard a lot of buzz about her in the last few months and needed to know what all of the fuss was about.
I love the premise of this series, but for obvious reasons was a little leery of the title. I enjoyed every one of these twenty-four pages, and if you’ve read my reviews you know that’s saying a lot. Usually with pieces this short the reader is left feeling like something was neglected or left out. This is not the case with Wet Dream. Ms. Madden managed to weave an intriguing, touching and at times humorous tale together with molten lava loving to create a page turner. I enjoyed this book alot. I have read several of the 1 Night Stand books from another author and thought this was a great addition to the series. I lovedthat both the characters had such insecurities. I had major tummy flutters listening to Cameron tell all about his sad history after the war. I liked him instantly but to hear of his heart break after his trama made me love him even more. Ginger was a alpha female who was IMO looking to submit to a man. JM Madden did a wonderful job with the build up of this story. Normally in short stories, I find that the background is missing and I get a bit frustrated with the character because I just don’t understand them. Ginger is a strong woman who knows exactly what she wants and has figured out a way to get it, but Madden does a great job of showing us her vulnerabilities in unique ways in her reflection while she is waiting for the date who will never make it....more

Our heroine, Ginger an ex-federal office, six feet tall and is having trouble finding a man. In steps our hero, Cameron an ex-marine war scared working as hotel security see our heroine. This is a one night stand, set up by someone named Madame Eve. Fun sexy read. Would have like to have more, it seems the story ends without the usually HEA ending. But the ending did have the possibility of another story in the making.
Sweet story..but the theme is too good for such a short one. I think some stories are suited to be short, but others are such good ideas that they deserve more. I really liked the characters and was really impressed with how quickly they were developed. I wanted to spend more time with them.
Don't get me wrong I really liked it, but I think perhaps the author created something too good for this word count.

This is one of the best ever Erotic short stories I have read. The character development is wonderful, and the sex is smoking hot, Cameron and Ginger sizzled together, loved them...
Even though it is only 31 pages nothing about the story felt rushed. I can't wait to read more by this (new to me) author.

Love this new twist on my new favorite series :) Madame Eve proves once again she knows what she's doing when it comes to making matches...even when the couple isn't even aware they've been matched! LOVE IT :) Are you looking for a short packed with strong character development and sizzling bedroom scenes, give this one a shot xx
