I thoroughly enjoyed both of these installments in the McKaslin saga. Both were delightful, but I think I enjoyed A Soldier for Christmas the best. It is always a delight to get to know the delightful characters that Jillian Hart develops; you feel like they are your friends by the end of the book.

This was a wonderful story.
Both stories were sad but sweet. Both had women who had experienced great loss and were afraid to try/trust again.
I liked Holiday Homecoming but I loved A Soldier for Christmas.
