I thought its was pretty good for teens and college students who are considering becoming a psychiatrist. My mom gave it to me because I was so unsure about her work and what her role was a a physician but this book cleared it up for me. It was easy to understand for the most part but once I get into college level pre Medicine studies and become more familiar with some of the terms ill reread it again.
