This ordinary boy has to step up and save the Earth.

But Giles isn't alone. He can invite three other children to help him. He has to invite his b...more

It's hard to find good scifi for middle grade readers but this book fills the bill. I think we should consider this book for BOB; it's more humorous than Cosmic but I think the students who liked that last year will enjoy this book.

Giles hates being the middle child because he feels so insignificant. Those feelings change when the fate of the planet is up to him!

Along with writing novels, James Mihaley is also a poet and a screenwriter. He is a professional hip hop dancer and choreographer. Back in high school, he once drove one thousand miles in one day to see a rock concert and almost missed the show. James loves to swim and almost got eaten by a shark in the Bahamas. He truly believes it is impossible to be depressed while eating honeydew melon.
