I ordered this several days ago (along w/The Happiness Project page-a-day calendar). Since placing my order for this One-Sentence-Journal, I'm finding myself gradually more mindful of moments and thoughts throughout the day, even while anticipating its arrival (which trust me, is no small feat for my mind!)
I recently found out via Gretchen's blog that we have another book to look forward to that should be out in August 2012. I absolutely loved reading The Happiness Project, and will read everyt...more

My mom gave me this journal. It is what the title says: a journal with space to write one sentence for each day for 5 years. The unique thing is that each page is assigned a date of the year and has space for 5 years' worth of sentences. I think it will be neat to see each day what I was doing a year ago!

I LOVE the idea of a one-sentence journal. I'm a prolific journ...more

I enjoyed this book and could easily recommend it to someone who is struggling with finding happiness in their own life. Generally speaking, though, I do think happiness is a real goal one can striv...more

There is power in 3 lines of writing. To put everything in your day succinctly or to make yourself just focus on the most important point...I will be interested to see what work of art I've created after 5 years...

Very dry and analytical approach to finding happiness. It may have worked for her but it's not making me happy to read about it.

This is a sweet journal because you only have space to write about two sentences per day.
