I ordered this several days ago (along w/The Happiness Project page-a-day calendar). Since placing my order for this One-Sentence-Journal, I'm finding myself gradually more mindful of moments and thoughts throughout the day, even while anticipating its arrival (which trust me, is no small feat for my mind!)

This author already has so many wonderful things in life to be happy about and she struggles to find happiness or beats herself up about all the things she might like to accomplish but doesn't get around to. Generally speaking, though, I do think happiness is a real goal one can striv...more
