Caine has done a wonderful job of making a memorable story that you won't want to end. Everyone loves to read about love but it is very rare when you get to read about a different kind of love. Adrian is a man, who falls in love with a man....for some, this is a touchy subject but I think we all need to...more

This was a nice quick, short read that I really enjoyed. I wasn’t sure quite what to expect when I read the title and looked at the cover but I was pleasantly surprised once I started reading. Adrian has spent years running from an abusive past, it shaping his existence and when his past catches back up with him, it is time for Adrian to finally end it and save the only man he has ever loved from the clutches of a psycho.

This is an engaging action/adventure novella with a M/M romance back-story. My main concerns come in during the rescue part of the mission, which seems to resolve too quickly considering the insidious nature of the villain. The writing style has some minor flaws and mechanical errors, but I believe some of these are being fixed in the newly released version. I received my copy of this book as a free copy in exchange my honest review. Overall, I would recommend this book to action lovers who enjo...more
I was pleasantly surprised by this book. It was a quick read, and one that I definately enjoyed. I am a huge romance junkie, so I enjoy a book where two characters fall in love. That is pretty much my motto: Two of the characters must fall in love. And I was given that with this book. But it showed me a different perspective on romance and love. I have never read a book where the main characters were gay, so this was a first. And I have to say the author executed this subject very well.

I have to say I didn't like this story at first, I found it a little too wordy, everything was spelled out so nothing was left to the imagination but it grew on me. The plot pulled me in and I found that I could forgive the writing style because the story it's self was damn good. Intact I am hoping that this could be the start of a series, I would defiantly like to read the stories of the other members of Adrian's team.

I want to write stories that people enjoy, that stick in their minds and (hopefully) put a smile on their face. I grew up writing and have no intentions of stopping now. When I’m not writing, I’m usually sitting in a corner on my e-reader. Or baking; who doesn’t like sweets?
