This is a really important book that I think everyone should read, even more so for the basic understanding of hormones, the chemicals & toxins in our foods and how to eat properly. So many people have been fooled by the false notion that meat is unhealthy without understanding human dietary needs and how foods like grains & corn are not natural to our diets. Fabulous book!
