In my case, I've been vegan for seven years and avoided gluten for 2-3, so I am looking for new ideas. Unfortunately, the recipes in this book are not terribly creative and any gluten-free vegan may find herself commenting, "I could have thought of that/I already do that/where's the creative part of the RECIPE here?" I found the first part of the book interesting. I learned a little bit more about how food affects us and how we can improve our health by what we eat. I don't think I'll try any of the recipes though since the book was written in Great Britain and I don't have the energy or desire to translate all of the recipes into formats I can use.
