When I read this book I had a hard time believing that it wasn't some old, dated book because the way the hero talked and acted, he seemed like a throw-back man, you know telling the heroine he would bed her, she would come to him and all that, and through-out the book he was totally devoid of remorse, I mean he never apologized for anything, even trying to ditch the heroine.
