With techniques ranging from how to remember your life purpose, working with a myriad of Goddess helpers such as angels, fairies and other spiritual fare as well as working with goddesses from different cultural backgrounds such as Mary the Moon Goddess, Aphrodite the Beauty Goddess, Freya the Air Goddess and others complete with glamours for each one, prayers of invocation, their stories retold through...more

Although this book hints at Wicca, it is really geared towards the lifting of young women's self-esteem. This book took me awhile to read but there were many things I found encouraging, and help me realize it's ok to be myself, just be me, don't worry what other people say.
