Toutes Fraises - 2.5 stars strawberry cupcakes, strawberry cream cheese frosting - so sad, I think the directions on this one weren't clear enough. I think the instructions led to overmixing which hurt the texture of the cupcakes - and next time I will add more strawberries. Also the temp might be a misprint. I would like to try these again but they weren't good enough for me to make it a priority.

Shelves: cookbooks
Gorgeous book, well photographed with multi-step, complex cake recipes. Held back one start because lemon, passion fruit, and berries in the filling all appear several times, making it just a tad redundant, but I recommend the book.
