this is a really excellent business book which is strong on clarity. it is a little bit unusual and a little bit different from most other business books, which is what makes it that little bit more fascinating and memorable.

as the author writes in the introduction, the advice in the book is "concrete, specific, and actionable." the raw material for the book was prepared by more than 500 practicing managers too (their names are listed in the "Acknowledgements" section). impressive!
